Responsibilities:

• Schedule outpatient testing and go over any instructions and give appropriate paperwork

• Explain calls patient will receive and answer any questions

• Authorize and check benefits and insurance

• Send orders to the appropriate facility

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent customer service and computer skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Friendly, personable demeanor

• Detail oriented

• A minimum experience of one year experience in the medical field is preferred but not required.
