Ent Credit Union is Hiring a Development specialist Near Westminster, CO

Job Description

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for the acquisition, retention, and growth of mutually beneficial partnerships between Ent Credit Union and high-potential community organizations and businesses (Workplace Partners) within a defined territory.

This position is primarily focused on obtaining, developing, and retaining Workplace Partnerships as well as promoting Ent within the communities we serve through active support and participation in community and Workplace Partner events.

The Business Development Specialist will need excellent communication, outbound sales, and relationship development skills, as well as strong organizational, time, and self-management skills, a broad knowledge of credit union products and services, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve desired outcomes.

This position will have an area focus from Westminster, CO to the Loveland / Windsor, CO areas.

Essential Functions

  • Community and Workplace Partner Relationship Prospecting.
  • Community and Workplace Partnership Relationship Management.
  • Contract, Schedule and Represent Ent at Community and Workplace Partner Events.
  • Facilitate Community Impact Team to further success across all business lines.
  • CRM Management.
  • Bank Secrecy Act : Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

Qualifications

Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related field.
  • 1 years' general business development or sales experience.
  • 2 years' experience in business development or sales for a credit union / financial institution. Pref

Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2 years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.

Technical or Specialized Knowledge / Skills :

  • Strong knowledge of business / relationship development strategies.
  • Excellent ability to appropriately match communication style to a wide array of external / internal audiences, excellent writing, speaking and presentation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Experience with / ability to use CRM software.

Certifications Required :

Valid Colorado Driver's License with an acceptable driving record. required

Additional Information

The pay range for this position is : $29.09 to $36.76 per Hour (S14)

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.

This position is eligible for our corporate bonus program based on company performance.
