Entech Medical Staffing has an Immediate need for a Front Desk Medical Receptionist. In this position you will be welcoming patients and guests with a warm and friendly reception on the phone and in person. We are looking for someone very professional with excellent presentation skills with a kind a courteous manner. Must maintain professionalism and diplomacy, and follow specific standards as defined in the department professionalism policy.
Job Duties:
Accurately and efficiently performs registration and financial functions via Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to include: patient registration following guideline while ensuring the accurate and timely documentation of demographic and financial data
Obtain appropriate forms and scans into the medical record as department protocol.
Registers patients in appropriate status, following registration guidelines while ensuring the accurate and timely documentation of demographic and financial data; obtains the appropriate forms and scans into the medical record as per department protocol.
Collects, documents, scans all required demographic and financial information.
Direct patients to appropriate setting, explaining, and apologizing for any delays.
Estimates and collects copays, deductibles, and other patient financial obligations
Billing experience is a plus
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent required
2-3 years in a customer service role in the Healthcare industry
Excellent communication skills
Strong phone etiquette
Excellent use of Microsoft Office
Medical terminology preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Pay Rate: $18-$21.00/hr
