Summary : Seeking an experienced BioMedical Equipment Technician II to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and verify complex biomedical equipment with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment

Must hold a CBET (Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician) certification

Proficiency in using test equipment and tools for biomedical device servicing

Ability to provide technical advice to medical and clinical staff on the safe operation of clinical equipment

Experience in assisting with the development of specifications for new clinical equipment

Valid driver's license required

Preferred Skills :

Preference for candidates with military experience

Strong technical knowledge as a level II BioMedical Equipment Technician

Job Responsibilities :

Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and verify performance of complex biomedical equipment independently

Serve as a technical advisor for medical and clinical staff regarding clinical equipment use

Assist in developing specifications for selecting new clinical equipment

Adhere to core values in professional interactions and show respect to all individuals

Additional Notes :

This is a permanent position.

The position does not offer relocation assistance.

Candidates should clearly indicate their level of expertise (Level 3 BMET preferred).

Work Schedule :

First shift availability with 40 hours per week.

Pay Details : $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
