Summary : Seeking experienced CNC Machinists for 1st and 2nd shift openings to operate a variety of equipment, ensure production efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements :

High School Diploma; additional certifications in CNC Mill / Lathe operation preferred

3-5 years of experience running CNC Mill / Lathe, including setups and programming

Knowledge of machines and tools, their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance

Ability to read blueprints, drawings, models and analyze plans for proper use

Familiarity with production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing effective manufacture

Responsibilities :

Review Bills of Materials daily to determine job priorities with Department Leads

Schedule flow of jobs through production with Production Operations Manager for optimal efficiency

Execute proper bores, tapers, counter-bores on raw plastic based on engineering data

Collaborate with engineers to improve parts and correct print errors or discrepancies

Drive improvements in tools / processes to benefit departmental and overall operations

Choose appropriate cutters and drills for each specific job

Inspect finished work for accuracy; perform daily machine maintenance

Preferred Skills :

Strong organizational abilities to plan, prioritize and multitask effectively

Attention to detail due to the high cost of errors in operation

Pay Details : $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
