Summary:
Seeks an experienced representative to act as a liaison between the design engineering consultant and the general contractor on a construction project, managing communication and documentation effectively.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Document all activities at the construction site, including creating weekly progress reports with photographs.
• Work closely with stakeholders including the consultant, general contractor, and trade partners to address construction issues.
• Respond promptly to requests from the home office for field verifications, measurements, or other data from the job site.
• Manage the relationship between the design engineering consultant and the general contractor.
• Ensure timely support and communication in response to requests from stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
• Ability to document site activities comprehensively and systematically.
• Capability to manage complex relationships and communications between multiple project stakeholders.
• Proficiency in managing and responding to field verification and measurement requests.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
