Summary: Seeking an Industrial Engineer to support new building site transfer activities and achieve project and production goals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering or similar

• Minimum 2 years proven experience

• Proficiency in layout design & development software tools & programs (AutoCAD, DraftSight, Microsoft Products Suite)

• Project management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Lean manufacturing and process improvement experience

• Facility layout and design experience

• Medical device industry experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Optimize process flow and facility layout using lean principles

• Analyze specifications for line design modifications and adjust layout plans

• Complete time studies, standard times, labor calculations, and estimate savings

• Develop capacity planning tools and production models

• Ensure operational readiness including 5S, signage, material flow, safety, and quality requirements

• Develop site signage to global branding standards

• Apply project management skills for timely and cost-effective project execution

Pay Details: $35.00 to $46.00 per hour
