Summary : Seeking a Manufacturing Production Coordinator with a technical / engineering background to ensure smooth production flow and efficient order fulfillment in a manufacturing plant.

Job Requirements :

Technical / engineering background

Experience with an ERP system (E2 Shoptech JobBOSS preferred)

Detail-oriented

Ability to work independently

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Knowledge of basic office equipment

Preferred Skills :

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

Job Responsibilities :

Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications

Evaluate purchase orders and drawings

Quote and enter job orders into the ERP system

Calculate time and materials for jobs

Monitor laser gas levels

Enter employee timesheets into the ERP system and reconcile daily punch clock data

Generate weekly payroll reports and maintain job costing records

Perform various clerical tasks to assist in overall efficiency and organization

Pay Details : $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
