Entegris is Hiring a Senior Finance Manager, Corporate Development Near Billerica, MA

Entegris is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join the Corporate Finance, Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team.This position will primarily support the company’s merger, acquisition, and divestiture activities and serve as the finance business partner to the Corporate Development organization. The Finance Business Partner, Corporate Development is responsible for (1) leading the valuation modeling and analysis of potential M&A bolt-on & transformational targets and divestiture projects, (3) supporting post-deal monitoring and integration activities, (2) supporting FP&A and special projects as assigned by executive leadership.

This position will be based in our Billerica, MA headquarters.

The successful candidate will collaborate with a broad cross-section of the organization.

This position will report to the Vice President, Finance responsible for financial planning and analysis and the financial support for the company’s merger, acquisition, and divestiture activities. The role will be the business partner to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development.

In this role you will:

  • Continuously improve financial valuation methodology and models to ensure robust evaluation of M&A and divestiture opportunities. Lead and/or oversee the modeling (in partnership with the divisions) of specific opportunities.
  • Provide insights and analytics related to the evaluation of financial statements and forecasts for potential opportunities.
  • Participate in due diligence as needed.
  • Monitor and report on the post-deal performance vs acquisition model.
  • Support integration activities as needed, including the financial realization of synergies.
  • Lead and/or support diverse FP&A work streams/projects as assigned by executive management.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

  • Undergraduate finance or MBA
  • Experience in Consulting, Investment Banking or Corporate Development desired
  • Prior experiences with the M&A processes and valuation methods
  • FP&A experience for high-growth/tech business unit
  • Well-versed in valuation concepts and methods
  • Ability to assess risk, perform scenario analysis and make recommendations
  • Ability to effectively communicate recommendations to Sr. Management in formal and informal settings
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint) and Business Intelligence applications
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Must be a dynamic and self-starting individual who is able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal guidance and direction
  • Highly collaborative individual capable of working effectively with global colleagues with diverse experiences
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment where absolute accuracy is expected
  • Global orientation capable of working effectively across borders and cultures; travel required as necessary to support business development activities
