ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Product Discovery Analyst is responsible for researching and preparing information for new concepts, collaborating with Product, Engineering and Sales/ Business Development teams to drive concepts from ideation to completion and roadmap consideration. The Senior Analyst plays an important role facilitiating internal product discovery conversations cross - functionally in addition to external product discovery interviews with customers and industry partners to inform product strategies.

We are a remote-first organization with remote and hybrid employees aligned to flexible teams from office locations in Missouri, Wisconsin and the United Kingdom. The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements in New York.

Pay Range: [$77,600 - $95,000]

Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include bonuses.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a data-informed strategy for market understanding and product positioning
  • Facilitate product discovery conversations and interviews with Product Management, Sales/Business
  • Development, Customer Success, Customer Delivery, Contact CenterEngineering teams, customers, marketing,and industry partners to collect customer pain points
  • Create methods to collect feedback from customer advisory groups or industry consultants to inform productstrategies and prioritization
  • Summarize Discovery findings by preparing reports and presentations with visualizations in an easy-to-understandformat, and assist in the creation of other appropriate documents such as business cases, user flows, and dataflows
  • Drive the development and refinement of new product concepts into product specifications or user stories,including acceptance criteria or backlog items though interpretation of data and provide actionable insights toinform decision-making
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to guide product development and businessstrategies while incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
  • Ensure alignment of new product concepts with strategic goals and market demands
  • Provide strong product intuition and design sense to inform decisions around product concepts
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • High School diploma
  • 3 year of professional work experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Project Manager or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience with data analysis, data visualization or statistical analysis

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or other applicable field)
  • Experience with using data, user feedback and intuition to drive effective product decisions
  • experience working in an agile environment specifically in the Automotive Claims/Repair industry
