Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Administrative Representative. This person will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers primarily via the phone, in addition to administrative support.

This position pays $20.00 / hour and is located at the Denver International Airport - 24530 E 78th Ave, Denver CO 80249.

Schedule Available: Friday-Tuesday 12:00pm-8:30pm (Wednesday / Thursday OFF)

Responsibilities:

The Administrative Representative will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers primarily via the phone, in addition to administrative support. We are looking for the right candidate that will possess the following:

  • Excellent phone handling skills and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and multi-task
  • Strong ability to resolve tough to handle issues through excellent customer service, corporate account relations and branch relationship skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Organized and detail oriented with following our company policy and procedures
  • Take incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches and vendors
  • Make outgoing calls- callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned
  • Answer emails regularly to customers and management
  • Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs primarily over the phone
  • Assist with tow swap vehicles with our third party vendors
  • Assist with inventory responsibilities
  • Provide directions and general assistance to our customers
  • Notify Management of any known customer service issues/problems
  • Perform miscellaneous and backup job-related duties as assigned
  • Represent Enterprise in a professional manner

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction (DUI, DWI, DWAI) on record within the past 5 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must have at least twelve (12) consecutive months of prior customer service retail/administrative support experience
    • Experience working late evenings and weekends preferred
  • Must have intermediate level of proficiency or above with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
