Are you a dedicated professional with experience in Central Sterilization looking to lead a dynamic team? We are seeking a Manager of Central Sterilization for a full-time role with no weekend shifts! This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, high-impact healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities :

As the Manager of Central Sterilization , you will :

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Sterile Processing Department.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including DOH, TJC, OSHA, CDC, AAMI, and AORN guidelines.
• Oversee the reprocessing of surgical instruments and trays, ensuring quality control and adherence to facility goals and policies.
• Coordinate and evaluate staff activities to maintain smooth and efficient department operations.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of sterile processing experience.
• 2-3 years of management experience required.
• Must be a Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CSPT) .
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Vocational School Graduate.
