The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships at large financial institutions. Experience in the fintech space is preferred.
The ideal candidate is an energetic, passionate self-starter with a hands-on approach, and strong communication, organization and presentation skills. You understand the financial authentication and/or payment space and enjoy learning new products and solutions to drive value for our clients.
The Role
Entersekt’s Key Account Manager-Client Success will manage Entersekt’s relationships with a portfolio of existing financial services clients. Our primary focus is on top-tier financial institutions. In this role, you will form and develop trusted business relationships with all key decision-makers and stakeholders. Your primary focus is supporting the client in meeting their strategic objectives and business needs via the Entersekt product offering. The role is focused on client retention and growth (including partnering with Sales when you uncover new cross-sell opportunities).
