Entersekt is Hiring a Key Account Manager : Client Success (US) Near Atlanta, GA

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships at large financial institutions. Experience in the fintech space is preferred.

The ideal candidate is an energetic, passionate self-starter with a hands-on approach, and strong communication, organization and presentation skills. You understand the financial authentication and/or payment space and enjoy learning new products and solutions to drive value for our clients.

The Role

Entersekt’s Key Account Manager-Client Success will manage Entersekt’s relationships with a portfolio of existing financial services clients. Our primary focus is on top-tier financial institutions. In this role, you will form and develop trusted business relationships with all key decision-makers and stakeholders. Your primary focus is supporting the client in meeting their strategic objectives and business needs via the Entersekt product offering. The role is focused on client retention and growth (including partnering with Sales when you uncover new cross-sell opportunities).

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key clients, taking responsibility for the entire relationship, including strategic, commercial and operational aspects.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders with a view to driving strategic alignment and growing the account via upsell and cross-sell of Entersekt’s products.
  • Lead all commercial negotiations and contracting processes with the clients in your portfolio.
  • Oversee key account management best practices, coordinate activities, and measure progress. 
  • Work with prospects and clients to understand their procurement processes and project timelines.
  • Provide accurate reporting and forecasting for each of a portfolio of clients via Salesforce. 
  • Compile and relay market intelligence and product requirements to the Product Development teams. 
  • Serve as the voice of the client within the organization, advocating for their needs.
  • Drive new processes, solutions and ideas as we evolve our client success organization to ensure a world class client experience.
  • Assess sales resources and identify ways to maximize the use and development of these resources. 
  • Assist Marketing through collaboration on blogs, presentations, webinars, case studies, and other assets. 
  • Your clients will be primarily based in the Americas but may include some clients in other regions, or global accounts.
  • Work effectively with a global team to drive results for your clients.

Skills and Experience

Successful candidates for this role will generally possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • 5 years of account management experience in banking, other financial services, or fintech.
  • Previous success in selling complex B2B2C technology products. 
  • Record of working with enterprise clients and solving for their needs with a technology product offering.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets.
  • Access to a network of executives, thought leaders and influencers in the relevant markets.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
