Rennline Automotive is a leading design and E-commerce company of aftermarket products for the Porsche motorsports industry. Over the past 20 years, Rennline has developed over 5000 new and innovative products of the highest quality and functionality. Rennline is not just a distributor but designs and manufactures these innovative products in-house under a 15,000 sq ft. fabrication facility. Rennline houses some of the latest fabrication and machining equipment and technology and is a service provider and supplier to many leading manufacturing companies in the industry. Rennline Automotive is a subsidiary of Enthusiast Auto Holdings.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Part Design/prototyping

• Use 3D CAD to create models and drawings of products.
• Construct prototypes and confirm designs with design/purchasing team.
• Perform testing on engineering prototypes.

Create manufacturing process documentation

• Create part and assembly drawings (including BOM’s) from existing 3D CAD models.
• Create flat pattern DXF’s from existing 3D CAD models.
• Update/create waterjet files and documentation.

Documentation updates and revisions

• Update 3D CAD models according to accepted revision requests.
• Update part and assembly drawings according to accepted revision requests.
• Update waterjet programs and documents if necessary.
• Update manufacturing process documentation if necessary.

Quality Control

• Perform quality control tasks on outsourced and in-house manufactured parts 

Requirements

• High level of attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CAD design software, particularly SolidWorks (2D/3D).
• Able to create technical drawings with GD&T.
• Manufacturing experience and general understanding of manufacturing processes required.
