What You’ll Do :

• Repairing and Restoring - assist maintenance staff in preparing units to be in make-ready condition.
• Maintain cleanliness - perform basic ground keeping, maintenance duties, and general cleaning duties to ensure the property is in tip-top condition.
• Safety first be knowledgeable and practice within safety protocols and regulations.
• Exceptional hospitality - be the friendly face answering residents' repair calls promptly.
• Help the team jump in and perform other duties and tasks that are needed.

Who You Are :

• Has prior maintenance experience (required : at least 6 months)
• Experience in maintenance / repairs for multi-family or commercial property (student housing experience and certificates preferred)
• Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) requirements, OSHA standards, and other environmental safety standards.

Work Environment and Physical Demands :

• Ability to work inside and outside work, potential be exposed to weather extremes.
• Ability to walk, bend, stoop, crouch, crawl, and reach on a regular and consistent basis.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and effectively and work independently to stay on task.
• Ability to utilize a computer for basic tasks such clocking in and clocking out, using email, etc.
