Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Coach at EntreLeadership. In this role, you will be responsible for providing executive coaching, executive management support, business coaching, and training to small-business owners. You will work closely with clients to develop their leadership skills, improve their team dynamics, and ultimately drive their business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Executive Coaching, Business Coaching, and Coaching
• Strong background in Executive Management
• Ability to provide effective training and guidance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to understand and address the unique challenges faced by small-business owners
• Passion for helping others succeed
• Experience in the field of entrepreneurship or small-business management is a plus
• Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in Coaching, Leadership, or Business Management
