The Position Summary:
Entrusted is currently looking to add a team-oriented Nurse Manager to our Austin Branch. This position will work as a liaison between the doctors, insurance companies, and other healthcare providers. You will be responsible for performing and documenting assessments as well as interviewing, educating, and orienting new nurses to the company. You will supervise new and existing field staff through routine visits to patient’s homes and monitoring of documentation. The Nursing Manager is also responsible for day to day functioning of the branch and will provide direction and supervision to ensure the office is meeting regulatory requirements.
This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize and organize your schedule based on the needs of the office and your caseload. The ideal candidate can work independently with little or no supervision and possesses strong leadership qualities.
SALARY: $60,000- $75,000 Bonus'
