- Conduct successful on-site meetings with clients and adjusters
- Compile all the needed documentation and information for the reconstruction estimate
- Build and maintain relationships with various adjusters
- Communicate frequently with clients and solve problems proactively as they arise
- Ensure that Project Managers are set up effectively to run a profitable project
