What would I be doing?
- Supervise and lead a team of mitigation foremen and technicians
- Solve complex problems in a fast paced environment to ensure work is completed effectively and in a timely manner
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise mitigation operations
- Other tasks may be assigned as needed
- Relentless work ethic and high standard of excellence
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness, regardless of who is watching
- Humility manifested in a desire to be teachable and serve others, no matter the cost
- Highly organized and detailed individual who can facilitate a lot of information in a fast-paced work environment
- The ability to work well with other people, regardless of the situation or circumstance
- An uplifting attitude towards problems when they arise, and an ability to see problems as an opportunity to solve and overcome
- The ability to think through information quickly and effectively, and make sound decisions
- No need to be the next genius at NASA, but must be comfortable using email, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and various other company platforms and software
