About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Accounting to lead and oversee all accounting operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 15, including 3 direct reports, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records. This role requires a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, a minimum of 12 years of experience in public and/or private accounting, previous experience with a BIG4 firm, a CPA certification, and specific experience in the life sciences industry.
