Location: 5955 Summit Ave, Browns Summit, NC 27214
Responsibilities:
- Provides analysis of quality data as instructed by leadership
- Reviews quality issues (including, but not limited to data from inspection findings, BIM issues, and customer complaints) to ensure assignment to responsible people
- Assist with issue resolution to ensure timely but effective closure
- Recommends tools, processes and techniques that can improve data analysis and issue resolution
- Closes documentation of issues by identifying and storing supporting evidence
- Understands business priorities as determined by leadership
- Motivates the team to close issues in a prompt manner depending on business priority
- Advises the team of information that can lead to reduction of issues
- Administers deviation processes to ensure that those processes are properly adhered-to
- Create and maintain issue tracking to assist in timely closure, corrective action, and continuous improvement
- Associates degree and three years experience in manufacturing, construction, or a related field is required; additional experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical or plumbing is preferred.
- Excellent documentation and communication (written and oral) skills
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, BlueBeam Revu, Gmail, Cloud-based server use)
- Working understanding of product design and production or construction operations
- Ability to learn technical aspects of manufacturing processes, construction practices, and product specifications
- Ability to lead and encourage by influence, and solve problems as necessary
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects
- Ability to navigate multiple systems, people, and functions
