We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, primarily focusing on talent acquisition, but also assisting with other HR duties such as event planning and general HR tasks. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HR field while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
As a Human Resources Intern at Environmental Design Group, you will :
- Provide support for various HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and engaging work environment for all employees.
- Assist with the planning and execution of company events, such as employee celebrations, training sessions, or team-building activities.
- Assist with general HR functions, such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Help prepare and organize HR documents and materials.
- Assist with onboarding tasks for new employees.
- Assist with coordinating logistics for career fair registrations and preparation, and attend career fairs on behalf of the organization.
- Review resumes and assist with candidate screening.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Respond to inquiries from candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment tracking systems.
- Assist with the creation and posting of job listings on various platforms.
- Create and send candidate boxes.
Requirements

If necessary to drive for a company purpose, you must have a valid driver's license and possess a driving record that will enable the employee to be insurable under the Company's standard vehicle insurance and general comprehensive liability insurance without additional costs to the Company.
