• Research and gather information on project requirements, client needs, and industry trends.
• Write and edit proposals, bids, and other business documents in response to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Qualifications).
• Collaborate with technical experts, project managers, and other team members to develop compelling proposal content.
• Ensure proposals are compliant with client specifications and requirements.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and marketing professionals to create visually appealing proposal layouts.
• Maintain proposal templates, boilerplate content, and proposal tracking systems.
• Participate in proposal strategy meetings and proposal review sessions.

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in proposal writing, preferably in the environmental industry.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, construction terminology, and project management concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
• Experience with proposal management software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
