Core Responsibilities And Duties
  • Learn and perform advanced polarized light microscopy (PLM) techniques
  • Analyze bulk environmental samples (asbestos, mold)
  • Participate in annual laboratory accreditation proficiency and quality control tests
  • Generate detailed analytical notes
  • Calibrate microscope and maintain workstation
  • Work collaboratively with team members and management staff to achieve lab goals, solve problems, and suggest future improvements

Microscopy or microbiology experience, a scientific background, and a college degree are preferred.
