Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
Duties:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Coordinate and oversee administrative staff and their duties
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Ensure efficient front desk operations
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and staff in a professional manner
Skills:
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling
- Experience in medical office management is a plus
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in event planning and coordination
- Knowledge of schedule management techniques
- Some experience working with Excel preferably.
