We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC machines and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts and components according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating CNC machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues with machines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
