Roofing Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will provide daily support, coordination, and communications with the local office. They will provide comprehensive support to department managers, project managers and estimators by effectively communicating and helping where needed.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of projects from initial planning to final implementation.

• Ensuring the customer experience is positive throughout the installation process.
• You'll lead on-site personnel and subcontractors, maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
• Plan, organize, and establish objectives and goals for duties assigned.
• Create and control the contents of the job file to include contracts, checklists, submittals, change orders, daily communications, closeouts, pre-and post-job inspection reports, warranties, etc.
• Support department managers on a daily basis.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Ordering and delivering materials to the job site efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Experience supervising on-site construction personnel.
• Previous hands-on experience with residential roofing is a definite plus.
• You should have moderate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• You should possess excellent communication skills for interactions with both internal and external customers.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a must.
• You should have the ability to manage a large volume of projects effectively.
• We're looking for individuals who are deadline and detail-oriented.

Compensation: 

• $45,000 - $55,000 Based on experience.
