The Opportunity:

As a Funeral Preneed & Aftercare Specialist, you will have the privilege of assisting families in planning for the future and navigating the complexities of end-of-life arrangements. This role goes beyond sales—it's about forming genuine connections, offering solace, and ensuring that each individual's wishes are honored with dignity and respect.

What We Seek:

• Commitment to Service: Dedicate yourself to providing compassionate care and support to families during their time of need, investing approximately 30 hours per week in client-family follow-up.
• Empathetic Communication: Utilize strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients, maintain consistent communication, and ensure their needs are met with sensitivity and understanding.
• Professionalism: Present yourself with professionalism and integrity, embodying the values of our organization in all interactions.
• Reliability: Possess reliable transportation and demonstrate strong time management skills to fulfill responsibilities effectively.
• Fluent in Spanish & English.
• Licensed Life Agent Preferred.
