Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Social Media Manager to join our team and drive our social media presence to new heights. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic campaigns, engaging our audience, and showcasing the success stories of our clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our reach, increasing brand awareness, and ultimately helping more individuals realize their dreams of business ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to promote Envision Your Business and our services, with a focus on generating leads and driving conversions.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community management, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to best practices.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Produce high-quality videos and reels that highlight our success stories, showcase franchise opportunities, and provide valuable insights into the franchising industry.
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize content strategies to maximize engagement and reach our target audience effectively.
  • Plan and execute online events such as webinars, virtual workshops, and live streams to educate and engage our audience.
  • Coordinate and manage in-person events such as seminars, networking events, and franchise expos to showcase our expertise and connect with potential clients.

Qualifications

To be a great fit for this position, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, marketing, and PR roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and tools, with proficiency in content creation and community management.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences and channels.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and experience producing high-quality videos and reels for social media platforms.
  • Experience in developing and executing PR strategies, including media relations, press releases, and event planning.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to track and analyze performance metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Creative thinking, strategic mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
