A true BA, not a data scientist.
Responsibilities
Must be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Will be working on a variety of projects!
IT skills can be taught but Visio/Microsoft experience required.
Customer Service/communication is very important.
Qualifications
- Must have Visio/Microsoft Office experience
- Familiarity with testing techniques and software.
- Experience working on technology and application development projects including developing technical requirements.
- Strong listening skills.
- Strong research skills with attention to detail.
- Experience developing functional and non-functional requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills; consultative approach.
- Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis and business case development.
- Recognized within the organization as demonstrating knowledge in business analysis methods and modeling techniques.
- Experience working closely with team members during solution development and product launch.
- Experience developing use cases.
