We are in search for a Packaging Designer for our Brand Development & Packaging team. They will support the development of new and creative branding/packaging design solutions for a diverse range of in-house and private label brands catered to top retailers in the home industry. The ideal candidate will love to innovate, collaborate, push design standards and have fun while doing it.

Responsibilities:

• Support conceptualization, development, and expansion of packaging solutions across a wide variety of products and brands based on customers’ requests, while maintaining project deadlines.
• Conduct market research to identify home trends, competitor strategies, and consumer tastes, incorporating findings into branding strategies.
• Drive different brand identities, ensuring uniformity across all design elements, from packaging to marketing materials.
• Create renderings of finished product looks and physical mock ups as needed.
• Develop multiple iterations of standard design elements assigned to different products across each brand.
• Produce high quality imagery through extensive photo retouching and manipulation applying it to product packaging and e-commerce.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2 years of experience in graphic design/branding, preferably in home furnishings, accessories, consumer products, beauty, or fashion.
• Expertise in Adobe Suite specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience in various packaging types, materials, and production methods.
• Expertise in maintaining and designing across various consumer touch-points including social media, e-commerce, imagery, layout design, visual merchandising, product marketing/copy writing and packaging.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year*
