As Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for all customer orders-to-invoice process by following a timely and accurate process. Your aim is to maximize customer satisfaction, as well as supporting Enza in minimizing the total-cost-to-serve and improving efficiencies. This position is responsible for the timely delivery of high-quality products, with an efficient procurement process that minimizes inventory write offs. You will partner with the commercial team and cross functional teams to build and maintain a strong business relationship with customers by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer satisfaction.

* Excellent organization and time management skills.

* Computer proficiency with the ability to learn new applications quickly.
