EOG Resources is Hiring a Motor Shop Maintenance Technician III Near Conroe, TX
- Keep machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment functioning properly
- Design & write maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
- Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults
- Diagnose breakdown problems
- Repair faulty equipment and make sure repairs are working correctly
- Carry out routine inspections on equipment
- Procure maintenance supplies and parts
- Manage maintenance tools, stores and equipment
- Monitor and control maintenance costs
- Schedule and supervise 3 rd party technicians
- Maintain safety culture and safe work environment
- Operate equipment as needed (Truck, forklift, etc.)
- 10 years of maintenance experience
- Advanced knowledge of engines, hydraulics, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read system schematics.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work in a fast paced multi-disciplined environment.
