EOS Hospitality is Hiring a Fitness Instructor Near Pray, MT
DescriptionWe are looking to expand our Fitness and Yoga program to offer more class times in different disciplines. Currently we offer Yoga and Mixed Fitness (weights, kickboxing and Yoga in one class.)
We offer $20 for the class plus 45% commission per student (we average students at $15 between our different tiers of membership.)
It initially takes some time and dedication to gain a following, although we do have a core of devoted attendees. Usually after a few months of consistent, solid classes, you can build up to 7-10 regulars.
Your role
- Consistently arrive before class, in time to set up if necessary and welcome the students
- Present a professional appearance
- Communicate clearly and politely
- Set the tone for the students, creating an atmosphere of well-being and calm
- Light cleaning after your class, make sure it is ready for the next class.
- A certification in your chosen discipline
- The ability to commute to work
- The ability to contribute to a high functioning team
- An established following is a bonus, but not a mus
