Responsibilities/Duties
- Meet with PM shift to do shift transition
- Print downtime reports
- Review remaining arrivals
- Check night audit email and monitor arrival email inbox
- Review AM/PM pass-on emails
- Review AM/PM shift reports-ensure all cashier print-outs and reports have been printed
- Follow the Night Auditor check list.
- Prepares sales and cash reports for Food and Beverage.
- Follows through with correct procedures when out-of-balance.
- Performs the final reconciliation, prints a recap of the day's activities, and clears the system.
- Generates needed reports and distributes them as required.
- Performs the duties of the front desk clerk from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00a.m., and PBX duties as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education/ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have command of the English language
- Effective time management and task prioritization skills
- Must be able to work flexible and extended days/hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Thrive in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Able to stand, sit and continuously move for extended periods of time.
- Must be alert to the needs of guests and team members.
- Able to lift 60 pounds.
- Good hearing and vision with or without corrective lenses.
