Under the supervision of the Director of Community Placement, train, supervise, and evaluate individuals placed in community jobs. Work with employers to solve conflicts, establish natural job supports, and train them how to communicate effectively with persons with developmental disabilities. Keep accurate and timely documentation of sites worked according to specific documentation requirements. Use own vehicle to transport persons to/from sites as needed. Will follow Rule 50, Dept. of Human Services Rule 115, Rule 116, Rule 119, Rule 120, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
