• Treat eligible patients in their homes.
• Hospice or/and Home Health experience.
• Required to complete EMR documentation within 48 hours.
• Familiarity with Axxess EMR and/or WellSky/Kinnser helpful.
• Opportunity exist for per visit or full time.
• Wound Care, Infusion, Trach / Vent skills preferred.
• Good track record for quality care with compassion.

Job Types: Part-time, PRN, Per diem

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
