Job Summary:
We are actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team at our specialized Endoscopy Center. The role is tailored for an LPN who is committed to delivering exceptional nursing care, has a talent for crafting individualized care plans, and excels in observation and communication. An ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of current nursing practices within the endoscopy field and display a keen knack for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Preparation: Expertly prepare patients for endoscopic procedures, ensuring they are at ease and well-informed.
  • Clinical Monitoring: Vigilantly assess, monitor, and document patient vitals and conditions with utmost accuracy before, during, and after procedures.
  • Medical Documentation: Accurately and comprehensively record all patient care activities in alignment with facility protocols and best practices.
  • Emergency Response: Demonstrate quick judgment and decision-making abilities during high-stress or emergency situations within the endoscopy setting.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Strictly adhere to healthcare regulations and standards specific to endoscopy to maintain unparalleled patient care.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively participate in and contribute to a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes within the endoscopy center.
Qualifications:
  • License: Active LPN License required.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid/CPR certifications are mandatory.
  • Continued Education: Demonstrated commitment to ongoing education, with a focus on endoscopic procedures and emerging technologies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional ability in identifying issues, prioritizing tasks, and multitasking effectively.
  • Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills coupled with exceptional client care abilities.
  • Other Requirements: A valid driver's license is required for any off-site responsibilities.
Compensation: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
