The Epic Bounce Park Crew Member has the most important and most fun job of all! This position is responsible for welcoming guests, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable experience at Epic Bounce. This position requires a high level of energy and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Duties may include:

• Welcome & Ticketing:
• Greet guests and provide them with information about ticket options and pricing
• Scan and validate guest tickets at the entrance
• Handle credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with any questions or concerns
• Ensure that guests are aware of park policies and procedures
• Monitor and manage the flow of guests entering and exiting the park
• Customer Service:
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction through proactive guest interaction and engagement
• Be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Safety & Cleanliness:
• Monitor to ensure guests are safely playing in the park, correct unsafe behavior immediately
• Regular checks of park equipment to ensure safety and guidelines are followed
• Assist guests in/on/off attractions within the park to ensure safety
• Regular cleaning to maintain safety and appearance of the park and its surrounding area
• Following all park policies and procedures, including those related to safety and emergency situations
