EPIC Brokers is Hiring a Client Services Specialist Near Amarillo, TX

Fairly Group is looking for a professional, detail-oriented candidate to join the team in Medical Account Management. This role will be part of an internal team responsible for intake, processing and review of injury reports and medical bills on behalf of our clients. In addition to the technical duties of the role, the person in this position will also need to be a confident and an effective communicator both internally and externally to properly support our clients.

This is a full-time, in-office position (8:15 – 4:45pm) in Amarillo, Texas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receive, set up and track injury reports in the internal Claim System.
  • Enter and review medical bills for accuracy and follow up as needed.
  • Respond to calls and emails regarding questions about claims submissions, bill status, reimbursement amounts and general inquiries.
  • Coordinate and communicate internally to best service our clients.

  • Effective communicator
  • A high degree of integrity and professionalism
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite; including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Comfort and experience with computers and learning new systems.
  • Someone with a desire to learn.
  • Medical billing experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks.
