The Sr. Account Manager works with the client and producer to develop the client’s employee benefits strategy and is responsible for implementation of the strategy and service of the account. The Sr. Account Manager oversees the client service team and is responsible for all aspects of client service. This responsibility includes plan design and program management, financial analysis and modeling, providing compliance guidance, managing or providing on-going client support, developing and implementing a communication program and materials, and collaborating with the team that also supports the client. The Sr. Account Manager also uses his or her understanding of client needs and objectives to expand business opportunities and further solidify client relationships and retention.
