Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fine Dining Server to join our team at a prestigious restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service in a fine dining setting.

Duties:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and explain menu items to guests
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver orders to the kitchen and ensure timely service
- Serve food and beverages in a professional manner
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas

Skills:
- Experience in cash handling within a restaurant environment
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest relations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
- Familiarity with fine dining etiquette and service standards
- Ability to upsell menu items and provide recommendations
- Proficiency in guest services to ensure an exceptional dining experience
- Basic understanding of food preparation techniques in a fine dining setting

- Wine knowledge and opening a bottle of wine is a requirement
