Epic Foods is seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Customer Service Specialists. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every customer has a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and they have an enjoyable dining experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed, including food preparation and serving.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
