Responsibilities of a Maintenance Assistant:
- Assist with general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
- Perform routine inspections of facility equipment and systems to identify and address any issues.
- Assist with repairs and maintenance of building fixtures, furniture, and equipment.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of facility assets.
- Assist with landscaping and groundskeeping duties as needed.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
