Epic Steel is Montana’s best source for top quality metal roofing and siding materials. We manufacture custom orders in just 1 – 3 days to our customers exact specifications. Currently, we are looking to fill our inside sales position.

We currently have an opening for a sales position to take orders via phone, email, fax, and in-person, put them into production, and follow through on completion. As a part of the sales team, you will work closely with the shop team and management in a very fast-paced environment, so a positive attitude is a must.

About you-

• Reliable – We need someone on-time and ready to work every day.
• Strong math & reading skills – We are constantly dealing with measurements and money.
• Exceptional communication, organization, & attention to detail
• Flexibility in a constantly changing market
• Sales experience
• Comfortable around heavy machinery
• (Preferred) Background in construction/building, metal roofing & siding, & reading building plans
• (Preferred) QuickBooks, outlook, excel, google calendar experience

About the position-

• Full Time: 8am – 4pm M-F (Winter) 7am – 4pm M-F (Summer)
• 401k, PTO, company paid insurance and other benefits offered after probationary period

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Other duties as requested
