Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Occupational Therapist - InpatientShift: Days, 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, Tuesday-Saturday
Length: 13 weeks
Weekend Requirement: A weekend day will be required to work

Other Details:Position / Specialty: Inpatient Occupational Therapist
Shift: 5X8S DAYS Tuesday- Saturday 8am-4:30pm
Average Daily Census: 12-16
Years of experience REQ:1 Year
First-timers accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ:A weekend day will be required to work
Certs & Licensure:
Current license in the state of Arizona- Required
BLS (American Heart Association) - Required
*Please note that traveler must have an AZ license in hand*
In order to obtain an AZ OT License, the candidate must submit a fingerprint clearance card along with the application. Fingerprint clearance estimated turnaround time is- 4-6 weeks.
OT Application estimated turnaround time is 3-6 weeks- the whole process can take anywhere from 7-12 weeks.
Special Requirements:
The department is open 7 days a week. A weekend day will be required. Preferred generalist who is confident with medical diagnosis. Preferred ability to manage mod- max A patients, co-treatments, ability to work with ventilated patients, ability to pivot easily and pick up additional evaluations throughout the day.
