We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for keeping multiple residential bathroom and kitchen projects on track with high quality results
Responsibilities:
- Material delivery as needed for crews
- Daily job site visits for quality control
- Being able to answer questions and solve problems on the job site.
- Executing change orders
- Filling in on the crews as needed ** Hands on and physically demanding
- Ensure deadlines met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Serve as a liaison between customers, crew leads, other PMs, and operation managers
- Minimum of 10 years experience in residential remodeling
- Strong project management skills
