Requirements
- OT Oregon License
- 2 Years Experience
- Experience with outpatient setting and orthopedic UE conditions
- BLS
- Ideal candidate would have hand clinic background, ability to manufacture splints in lieu of CHT certification
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients UE orthopedic conditions, post op hands, general medical conditions resulting in decreased ADL performance
- Charting System: Epic
