Requirements
- Licensed State of Wisconsin Physical Therapist
- Minimum 2 years experience preferred
- AHA BLS
- Charting Experience Required: EPIC preferred
- No new travelers
- No travelers who are coming from a staff position at a facility within 50 mile radius
