Years of experience REQ: 1 minimumFirst-timers accepted: YesLicensure: SLPBLS REQ: YesIs on-call REQ? NoWill clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? NoFloating Req to Sister Facilities: NoOpen to accommodating block schedule? NoLocals accepted: YesPending State License accepted: NoGuaranteed Hours: 40 Hours, Client can cancel up to 3 shifts during the 13 week assignmentSpecial Requirements: Accredited SLP credential program; (includes masters) Experience in Adult and Pediatric Inpatient AND Outpatient, 1 year of acute experience, inpatient/outpatient adult and pediatric speech (swallow, speech, cognitive and voice)
Summary of Major Function:Provides direct patient care. Organizes and conducts medically prescribed speech therapy programs torestore function. May perform other duties as assigned.
